Müller-Thurgau - (MEW-lehr Toor-gow) 
Relatively modern grape, perhaps a Riesling-Sylvaner cross, widely planted in Germany although it tends to make a simpler, lighter wine than Riesling. Also a mainstay of England's small vineyard industry.
