Michel Chignard 1995 Fleurie "Les Moriers" ($14.99)Very dark garnet, with a delicious scent of ripe black cherries. Juicy black-fruit flavor with hints of "tar" and "smoke" that suggest a Rhone more than a high-end Beaujolais. Clean tart-cherry flavors linger in a very long finish. Fine wine, enjoyable slightly cooled (30 minutes in the refrigerator) on a hot summer evening. U.S. importer: Kermit Lynch, Berkeley, Calif. (July 18, 1998) FOOD MATCH: Its fresh fruitiness works well with a light gumbo-style dinner of okra and tomatoes with chicken-apple sausage.
