Seppelt 1995 South Australia Cabernet/55%-Shiraz/45% ($7.49)
Dark ruby color. Blackberry, blueberry and dill aromas, very pleasant. Spicy oak dominates fresh black fruit on the palate; a bit on the soft side, but zippy acidity comes around on the finish. U.S. Importer: Astra Wine Imports, Roswell, Ga. (Dec. 27, 1997)

FOOD MATCH: Went well enough with pan-grilled strip steaks au poivre.
